Getting Started

How do I create an account?

You can create an account by clicking the 'Get Started' button on our homepage. You'll need to provide your name, email address, and company name. After signing up, you'll receive a confirmation email to verify your account.

Is there a free trial?

Yes! We offer a 14-day free trial for all new accounts. No credit card is required to start your trial. You'll have full access to all features during the trial period.

What happens after my trial ends?

After your 14-day trial, you'll need to choose a paid plan to continue using TrustHub. We'll send you reminders before your trial ends so you have time to decide. Your data will be preserved if you choose to upgrade.

Account & Billing

How do I change my plan?

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any charges or credits based on your billing cycle.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and ACH transfers for Enterprise customers. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you'll continue to have access to all features during that time.

Features & Usage

What file types can I upload?

You can upload PDFs, images (JPG, PNG), Word documents, and Excel spreadsheets. The maximum file size is 50MB per document. For larger files, please contact our support team.

How many documents can I store?

All plans include unlimited document storage. You can upload as many documents as you need without worrying about storage limits.

Can I customize my trust center?

Yes! Professional and Enterprise plans include custom branding features. You can upload your logo, customize colors, and personalize messaging to match your brand identity.

How do access requests work?

When someone requests access to a document, you'll receive a notification. You can review the request, require an NDA if needed, and approve or deny access. Approved requests generate secure token-based links that expire after a set period.

Security & Privacy

How secure is my data?

We take security seriously. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard encryption. We're SOC 2 Type II compliant and undergo regular security assessments.

Who can see my documents?

You have full control over document visibility. You can make documents public, private, or accessible only to specific users or groups. Access is controlled through our granular permission system.

Do you comply with GDPR?

Yes, we're GDPR compliant. We provide tools to help you manage data subject requests, and we have processes in place to ensure data protection and privacy compliance.

Technical Support

What are your support hours?

Email support is available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM EST. Enterprise customers receive 24/7 priority support. For urgent security issues, contact security@trusthub.com.

How quickly will I receive a response?

We aim to respond to all support requests within 24 hours during business days. Enterprise customers receive priority support with faster response times.

Do you offer phone support?

Phone support is available for Enterprise customers. Professional plan customers can schedule phone consultations. Starter plan customers can reach us via email.
